About Us Independent Denny’s Menu Guide
dennys.menu is an independent, unofficial fan guide to Denny’s menus, prices, calories, deals, hours, and holiday schedules in the United States. We built it so guests can compare plates and plan a visit before they sit down in a booth.
This website is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Denny’s Corporation or its franchisees. Brand names appear only to identify the restaurants and menu items people are searching for. For official ordering, rewards, and corporate customer service, use dennys.com or the Denny’s app.
Who Publishes This Site
The site is edited by Adam, a U.S. casual-dining writer who has eaten at Denny’s locations across multiple states and tracks menu changes, value meals, and nutrition listings. He reviews source updates, checks holiday hours, and rewrites guides when Denny’s replaces a national offer for example when Slammin’ Meal Deals replaced the older value-tier menu.
We are a small editorial project, not a restaurant company. We do not take reservations, process payments, hire staff, or speak for any franchise owner.
What You Will Find Here
The core of the site is original explainers, not a copy of a printed placemat. Readers use it to:
- Compare breakfast, burgers, dinner, and dessert prices and calories.
- Read item reviews that add context what comes on the plate, who the dish is for, and how it sits next to other diner options.
- Check holiday questions such as whether Denny’s is open on Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year’s Day.
- Look up typical hours and use the store locator before a road trip.
- Review nutrition and allergen notes so you can ask a better question at the table.
Prices on this site are research ranges. Franchise restaurants set their own boards, and a Grand Slam in one city will not always match another. We say that on purpose. A useful guide tells you what to expect and then tells you to confirm locally.
How We Research and Update Content
We write from publicly available source material: in-restaurant menus, the official website and app, nutrition PDFs, franchise hour listings, and first-hand diner visits. When a national promotion changes, we update the related hub pages and add a dated note so readers know the year they are looking at.
We do not publish hidden “copy and paste” pages that only swap a city name. Menu hubs and item reviews are written as complete articles with sentences, tables, and FAQs. Location listings that only repeat directory facts are treated as directory records, not as the main editorial library of the site.
Our full method is on the Editorial Policy page. If you spot a wrong price or a closed restaurant, send a correction through Contact.
Why This Site Exists
Official apps are built for ordering. Many guests still want a slower page they can scan: which Slam is the lighter option, whether breakfast is all day, what a kids meal costs on Tuesday, and whether the diner is likely open on a federal holiday. That is the job of this guide.
We add value by grouping items, explaining tradeoffs, and keeping a public record of menu changes. We are not an affiliate storefront that only exists to push a checkout button. Links to official ordering or delivery apps are there so you can finish the trip, not because we run the restaurant.
Advertising
The site may display Google AdSense ads so the research stays free to read. Ads do not change our item write-ups. We do not let advertisers rewrite nutrition facts or holiday hours. Privacy details, including how to opt out of personalized ads, are in the Privacy Policy.
